A half-day trip doesn't mean half the fishing — it means the boat is positioned for whichever tide window is producing best that day, morning or afternoon. If the falling tide before sunrise is pulling bait off the flats, we're out early. If the afternoon incoming tide is stronger, we run later instead.

This is the most popular first trip for anyone new to inshore fishing, and a solid option if you're working around a flight, a family schedule, or just want a shorter day on the water without giving up a real shot at fish.
